In a hurry? The faster Paxi option gets your bag to your nearest PEP store sooner.
Local collection · Free
Based in or near Empangeni? Arrange to collect your order directly — no delivery fee.
Order & tracking
Once you order, we confirm everything on WhatsApp and send your Paxi tracking number as soon as it ships.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your bag. If something arrives faulty or not as described, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll sort out a replacement or exchange. Because every order is handled personally, we keep returns simple and fair.
